A home should make gathering feel generous and resting feel personal.
BY LAVS

The dining room and main bedroom shaped Coconut Grove's character. One invites people to gather and linger; the other offers somewhere to withdraw and rest. Rounded stone and upholstered seating give the dining space a welcoming presence, while rich wood and framed wall panels bring intimacy to the bedroom. Together, they establish a home where substantial materials feel comfortable to live with, and personal objects have a place within the architecture.
Dining room
The rounded table and enveloping chairs encourage unhurried meals and conversation. Cabinetry combines concealed storage with space for ceramics and favourite objects, allowing the room to feel personal while keeping its generous proportions clear.

Main bedroom
Framed wall panels give the bed a sense of place, while layered fabrics soften the room around it. A reading chair beside the window creates a small retreat within the bedroom, making space to pause away from the rest of the home.

Bathroom
A recessed stone wall and concealed lighting give the basin depth and presence. Keeping the composition simple allows the variation in the stone to become the room's defining detail.
