The renovation reached all the way from the floor plan to the inside of a drawer.

At Brickell Key, every inch mattered. We reshaped walls and brought hallway space into the main rooms, improving circulation and making more of the apartment's footprint usable. Having in mind that clean and healthy constructions materials had to be the baseline. The design combines an elevated European sensibility with the ease of waterfront living, pairing warm neutral cabinetry with rich wood and stone.

THE STORY BEHIND THE SPACE

BEFORE & PROCESS

01

NOT JUST A RENOVATION,A COMPLETE RESET.

The original kitchen as work began
The original tiled shower and glass enclosure

This apartment was fully stripped down and rebuilt from scratch to create a healthier, calmer, and more intentional way of living.

02

EVERYTHING WAS REMOVEDDOWN TO THE CORE

The apartment stripped back to exposed metal framing and services
Exposed ceiling framing and wiring at the entrance during rebuilding

We demolished every existing finish and material in the apartment to start from a clean foundation.

The goal was to eliminate mold, contaminants, and toxic materials, creating a space that felt safe, clean, and intentional.

03

DESIGNED AROUND THEWAY LIFE FEELS

The custom living-room arch taking shape in unfinished plasterboard

Every curve, transition, material, and source of light was designed to create a softer experience of daily life—one that feels grounding, calm, and effortless to live in.

The owners’ comfort guided both the visible architecture and the details concealed within it.

04

A SOFTER SENSEOF STRUCTURE

Soft curves, concealed light and warm natural material in the completed apartment

We chose natural textures, soft curves, hidden lighting, and thoughtful proportions to bring warmth to the architecture, turning functional moments into part of the overall experience.

The intention was to create a sense of calm throughout the apartment, visually and emotionally.

05

EVERY DETAIL WASCUSTOM DESIGNED

Everything in this apartment was designed by us specifically for this space.

From the kitchen, vanities, and closets to the furniture, bed, nightstands, desk, built-ins, drawer interiors, and smallest finishing details—every element was custom-made to feel fully integrated and intentional.

Every piece was created specifically for this apartment and the way our clients live.

06

THE FINAL RESULT

The finished living-room arch with integrated television and cabinetry

A home that feels warm, grounded, and deeply personal. Every material, every line, and every detail was intentionally chosen to support the experience of living there.
