The dressing table defines a place to get ready while keeping the room open to the view.
BY LAVS

Meatpacking District balances the energy of its city outlook with the privacy of home. The design gives sleeping, dressing, and daily routines their own place while keeping daylight and views present throughout. In the bedroom, a freestanding dressing table provides separation without a full-height partition. This approach carries through the apartment: useful spaces with a sense of openness, where natural surfaces and considered lighting make everyday routines feel less hurried.
Bedroom and dressing area
The dressing table creates a dedicated place to get ready while allowing light and views to pass around it. Sleeping and dressing each have a clear place within the room, with the bed set alongside the stone frame and the windows remaining in view.

Kitchen
The kitchen brings warmth and a sense of order to a practical part of the apartment. Storage is gathered along one wall, leaving the island as a clear working surface. Light across the shelves and backsplash gives the room a welcoming presence beyond meal preparation.

Bathroom
The bathroom is intended as a place to slow down while keeping a connection to the city outside. The central passage leads toward daylight, and the glass enclosure preserves the room's openness. Integrated lighting gives the vanity a more intimate atmosphere in the evening.
